If you’re interested in purchasing a vehicle or would like to inquire about a vehicle, our physical showroom is now open by appointment only! This means that you can book a dedicated time slot to visit us to learn more about your desired purchase. If you’re not comfortable with coming in to see us please know that you still have the option to experience car buying online by clicking here. Please know that we are still following strict protocols to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
Test drives are now welcome but some restrictions apply. If you’re interested in test driving any of our vehicles please let us know when you book an appointment so we can prepare the vehicle for a safe drive.
STEP 1: BOOK APPOINTMENT
Booking your next sales appointment with Mercedes-Benz Sudbury is simple. You can either click here or call (705)-522-7777. If you decide to call us you’ll be connected to one of our phone agents. Please let the agent know you’re looking to book a time for a sales appointment.
STEP 2: CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT
Once you have requested to book an appointment, one of our staff remembers will contact you to confirm the details. Due to limited customer appointments we ask that you please be on time for your appointment or if you need to reschedule contact us to book another time slot.
STEP 3: VISIT US
When you come to the dealership we ask that you practice social distancing to keep safe. If you’re not felling well on the day of your appointment, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to a later date.
