As always, the safety and security of our employees and customers remain our highest priority. Although we are limited in how we can conduct business we are still here to provide the best quality of service that you have come accustomed to here at Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury. In our service department we have implemented new procedures so we can offer you, our valued customer a contact free service interaction.
Due to COVID-19 we can no longer provide a shuttle service, therefore we are asking all customers to use the drop box outside the service entrance when bringing your car in for service. The drop box is being cleaned/sanitized thoroughly and regularly.

[x] Input your name and preferred method of contact
[x] Sign the envelope and place in the drop box
Drop box is checked every 10 minutes and you can expect a follow up from your service advisor to review the details of your appointment.
We will update you throughout the day on the progress and status of your vehicle. Our dealership is now closed to all traffic therefore we are offering e-payment options as well as payment by phone. Currently, we are only accepting credit card payment.

We would ask for the safety of our technicians that you remove all personal belongings such as (napkins, coffee cups, gym bags, clothing, food etc.) from the vehicle.
For the protection of our team, if you are feeling unwell, we ask that you refrain from dropping your vehicle off. We will still be here once you are feeling better!
